Egg Donation is an act of love and generosity. As a egg donor you will be the miracle a family has been waiting for.
A Genesis Rising egg donor can earn $8,500 as a first time egg donor and even more if you have donated before and are an experienced egg donor or have advanced education and other appealing traits. Egg Donors are compensated for their time, effort and energy. While helping grow a family, you can pay off debt, go back to school, start a savings account or nest egg for your future. The best part is, you don’t have to make many changes to the way you are living right now. You can still go to work or school and spend time with your family doing the things you love.
How does
Compensation work?
Your compensation will be split up into 2 separate payments starting when medication is started. You will receive $500 once your application is complete. You will receive $1,000 once you start your medication for the egg retrieval. You will receive $7,000 within 5 days of completing the egg retrieval.
You will have your own own attorney, paid for by the Intended Parent(s), who will review the Egg Donor Agreement to ensure you are appropriately compensated and you (and your husband or domestic partner) are in agreement. The compensation varies slightly between contracts and largely depends on what is negotiated between you and the intended parents.

When Will I Get Paid?
You will receive your payments on the following schedule:
$500 - Once your application documents are complete and you are ready for a match.
$1,000 - One you start your medication in preparation for your egg retrieval.
$7,000 - You will receive this payment within 5 days of your egg retrieval.

All payments and timelines are laid out in your Egg Donor Contract. Your contract will determine every aspect of your egg donation journey.
